By 1910, the rail yards were operating day and night (except Sundays), moving freight between the canal and the warehouses.

About Typeface

SFT Royalbrick is a display typeface with a bold industrial spirit

Concept
SFT Royalbrick is a display typeface inspired by embossed letterforms found on historical bricks produced by 19th century factories in the Russian Empire. The design reflects the physical irregularities of the stamping process, including thinning toward the center, sharp edges, and subtle merges, resulting in letterforms with a strong industrial presence and a distinctly tactile character.
Graphics
The typeface is defined by extreme contrast, angular cuts, and softened junctions that echo the construction logic of vintage brickmarks. Vertical strokes and controlled deformations give Royalbrick a bold architectural appearance, making it well suited for expressive compositions that rely on weight, texture, and visual impact.

Usage
SFT Royalbrick is designed for logos, headlines, signage, magazine graphics, and posters where a strong decorative and industrial tone is required. Currently available in a single weight, the family is planned to expand with additional widths and thicknesses to support a broader range of display applications.
